Pizza Factory in Riverside never disappoints! I ordered the pizza and wings, and honestly both were on point — the pizza was fresh and loaded with flavor, and the wings were cooked perfectly. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. What really keeps me coming back though is the service. The staff is always fast and friendly, but the manager truly sets the tone for the whole place. Every single visit, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of — that kind of hospitality is rare and it doesn’t go unnoticed. And for the quality and portions you get, the prices are more than fair. Great value all around. If you’re in Riverside and haven’t tried Pizza Factory yet, do yourself a favor. This is the kind of local spot you want to support. Highly recommend! 🍕

This is the best pizza in town by far. Not only is it good but they put a good amount of each toppings making it worth your money. Staff is always nice as well. It’s become our go to spot for the family and kids.

10/10 pizza spot!! As a regular customer, the service is great. The whole team is very welcoming and the food is always delicious. I enjoy dining in, this location is very clean. I highly recommend bringing your friends and family. Best pizza spot in town!!

I was recommended this pizza spot from a colleague. I walked in, and the cashier was taking an order, so I had to wait about 2 minutes or 3 minutes max for me to place my order. I was tempted to ask for my free drink since no one came to back her up and take my order. Luckily, I've worked many customer service jobs that I've become patient in situations like these. She did acknowledge me and was friendly as she took my order. I ordered a 6 slice small pizza and the price was GREAT. I like the options on sizes and a variety of items to order. The spot is clean and even the restroom. All these things are important for a customer to experience. As soon as I opened my pizza box, I smiled because the small little plastic round table in the middle of the pizza reminded me of my childhood. Oh, they forgot to give me my ranch sauce I paid for, and I realized too later after, so I didn't bring it up. Overall, the pizza was so warm and fresh. I could tell the workers in the prep table were all doing a good job focusing on their tasks. I will most likely be back and bring my nephew with me next time. Thank you for the good pizza and having your pizzeria clean!

Great service. Good pizza. Clean seating area. Clean kitchen. The pizza is in the top 10% of equivalent carry outs. Better Lil Ceasars Domino's and equal to Papa John's if not better. Great tasting sauce and ingredients. My only complaint would be the crust was a bit thinner than what I'm used to. The big plus is the price. GREAT PRICES!! BIG MENU!!! They have Calzones salads and got sandwiches. I'm going back because it's a great place. I'm going to order calzones and sandwiches. Then I'll update this review. Pizza Factor is my new pizza place. I think I can over look the thin crust because they taste dang good.
